PARTNERSHIPS
Partnerships are an integral part of delivering services at Southern Community Services. By collaborating with others, we are better able to address the unique needs of the people living in our communities. Although we refer people to agencies throughout York County, we have several partners that also provide services on-site.
Springwood Real Estate Services provides affordable and low to moderate income housing opportunities. SCS staff provides social services and acts as a resource for the residents.

New Freedom apartments are affordable family housing. All other locations are low-moderate income senior housing.
Community Progress Council by providing a satellite office for their WIC program. Presently the WIC program is in the SCS office the first Tuesday of every month.
Toys for Tots organized by the Marines to provide holiday gifts for children of low income families.
ACCESS is committed to eliminating domestic violence in York County. They provide a caseworker on-site as needed to assist those in abusive relationships.
York County Juvenile Probation provides a caseworker on site for juveniles on probation or in need of community service hours.
