Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is an integral part of what we do at Penn-Mar Organization. It allows us to look beyond our routine tasks and focus on innovations that, in the long run, will enhance our mission and improve our services.
Our long-range strategies can be summed up as follows:
- Penn-Mar Organization will enhance its long-term financial stability by developing additional, diverse revenue streams and raising funds from consumers’ families, new donors and grants.
- Penn-Mar Organization will enhance the development of its human and other resources in order to improve productivity and meet the needs of its communities and consumers.
- Penn-Mar Organization will expand to meet the needs of the developmentally disabled.
- Penn-Mar Organization will explore alternative models of providing care and services to consumers and clients.
