Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is an integral part of what we do at Penn-Mar Human Services. It allows us to look beyond our routine tasks and focus on innovations that, in the long run, will enhance our mission and improve our services.
Our long-range strategies can be summed up as follows:
- Penn-Mar Human Services will enhance its long-term financial stability by building its brand, developing additional, diverse revenue streams and raising funds from consumers' families, new donors, and grants.
- Penn-MarHuman Services will enhance the development of its human and other resources in order to meet the needs of its communities and consumers, improve quality and productivity and maintain a safe, meaningful, and satisfying work experience.
- Penn-Mar Human Services will develop and promote innovative and progressive models of service delivery and expand to meet the needs of persons with developmental disabilities and our communities.
- Penn-Mar Human Services will identify and implement the best practices in governance and management in order to build a sustainable organization capable of serving its consumers and communities for generations to come.
