Strategic Planning
Strategic planning is an integral part of what we do at Penn-Mar Human Services. It allows us to look beyond our routine tasks and focus on innovations that, in the long run, will enhance our mission and improve our services.
Our long-range strategies can be summed up as follows:
- Penn-Mar Human Services will enhance its long-term financial stability by developing additional, diverse revenue streams and raising funds from consumers’ families, new donors and grants.
- Penn-MarHuman Services will enhance the development of its human and other resources in order to improve productivity and meet the needs of its communities and consumers.
- Penn-Mar Human Services will expand to meet the needs of the developmentally disabled.
- Penn-Mar Human Services will explore alternative models of providing care and services to consumers and clients.
