PENN-MAR FOUNDATION

Established in 1996 as an independent entity, the Penn-Mar Foundation exists to provide financial support, in perpetuity, for Penn-Mar Organization Inc.

The foundation is governed by a board of directors made up of attorneys, financial executives and other community leaders. The foundation is open to gifts, donations, bequests and other forms of planned giving.

The board of directors governs investment strategies, contribution strategies and policy development.
