Planning for a Brighter Future

Many donors discover that they can support Penn-Mar’s mission of transforming life into living by including a gift in their will, trust, or retirement account.

Donors who have made this transformational commitment become part of our Legacy Society, a group of dedicated individuals and families that have invested in the future of Penn-Mar and the individuals we support.

We invite you to join the Legacy Society, and help ensure the best possible quality of life for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Joining is easy – you simply need to name The Penn-Mar Foundation as a beneficiary in your will, trust, insurance policy, real estate, donor-advised fund, retirement plan or other asset. Your gift can be anonymous, or with your permission, we can publicly acknowledge your commitment.

Membership includes a variety of benefits:

  • A copy of our Annual Report
  • Subscription to our quarterly Legacy Society Newsletter
  • Invitations to exclusive events
  • An opportunity to share your story and meet like-minded people who are dedicated to making a difference for individuals with disabilities

To become part of the Legacy Society, please complete the Legacy Form.

If you are contemplating membership, our Development Department would be happy to help you determine ways to maximize tax breaks make charitable donations in your estate plans, while still providing for your family.
