Vince has just reached his 4 year anniversary with the company as an Assembler. His job duties include creating kits of parts that are included in products shipped across the country. Accuracy and speed are very important in Vince’s job, both of which he excels.
Cindy just celebrated her 2 year anniversary with the company as a general housekeeper. She is responsible for the cleanliness of the building, making sure all employees are safe.
ACT employees have integrated both Vince and Cindy into the work culture and you can often see them laughing and joking with the other employees. The employees also offer support if any questions arise and help them to become better employees. Both Vince and Cindy take their job and responsibilities very seriously which have made them an asset to the company.
