If you’re currently a Penn-Mar team member, you can earn up to $2,000 for each Direct Support Professional referral and up to $3,000 for each Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional referral.
If the referred candidate is hired, you’ll be paid your referral bonus in installments that correspond with the candidate’s tenure.
