Penn-Mar would not be around today if it were not for the incredible generosity of our donors and supporters. Recently, Penn-Mar was thrilled to receive a $1 million endowment from Carroll County residents Mike and Dawn Zgorksi. The result is the Zgorski Family Endowment for Staff Training and Aid Fund. The money will be used to help support our vital Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) with training and resources.
As the Zgorski’s are Carroll County residents and Penn-Mar supports dozens of people across the Westminster region, The Carroll County Times shared the exciting news with readers, speaking with Penn-Mar’s Chief Advancement Officer, Kathy Rogers, in the process.
