This is NOT a 1:1 Session. This is an informational Zoom session.

This meeting is designed for families who are new to LISS services and would like a better understanding of what they need to submit. During the meeting, we will walk through a presentation that explains the services LISS can help with, as well as the required documentation and submission process. We will review everything step-by-step to help make the process as clear and easy as possible. Please allow at least one hour for the meeting. We will also have time at the end for questions and answers.

If you already have your packet, please bring it with you. We will review it together and let you know if anything is missing or if additional documentation is needed to complete your packet. Please remember: We need copies of all documents, not the originals.
