Kathi Sees has been selected as the Pennsylvania Advocacy and Resources for Autism and Intellectual Disability (PAR) 2021 “We Are Worth It” winner of the Central Region Frontline Manager of the Year Award! PAR received a number of exceptional nominations this year. Each nomination was redacted so as to only include the name of the nominee and their region and carefully reviewed by an impartial committee. Following this comprehensive process, Kathi was chosen to be the Central Region Frontline Manager of the Year Award Winner! Congratulations!

Each year, the PAR “We Are Worth It” Awards honor extraordinary Pennsylvanians who have made remarkable contributions to their communities. Winners are nominated by PAR Provider Members, who have chosen them from amongst tens of thousands of self-advocate employees, direct support professionals, frontline managers and community employers across the commonwealth.

Kathi Sees has been employed with Penn-Mar Human Services for almost 5 years and a Supervisor of a residential home for almost 4 years. Kathi leads by example, is direct in her expectations, and provides follow-up to the team members who report to her. She has excellent communication with her direct reports, supervisor, person supported, and family of the person supported. Kathi is a proactive leader and likes to think a few steps ahead so that she and her team are prepared for situations.
