Saturday, October 25th promised to be a beautiful fall day and delivered just that. The pleasant temperatures and changing leaves yielded spectacular color which made for a perfect backdrop to an afternoon of thanking donors and welcoming new friendships at Deer Creek Farm.
An intimate crowd was treated to the musical gifts of Steinway artist, Robin Spielberg who shared her humorous and poignant storytelling with her expressive piano technique. Robin has won the hearts of listeners around the world and can surely add the audience at Deer Creek to that esteemed group.
In addition, guests were treated to an animated and engaging presentation on the History of Disabilities by Rich Robinson, Director of Development for Penn-Mar Human Services.
