On #GivingTuesday, December 2nd, people, organizations, and communities will come together to celebrate a spirit of generosity. Launched in 2012, #GivingTuesday was created during a season of thanksgiving and as a counterpoint to Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Penn-Mar Human Services will participate for the first time this year and we hope we can count on your support. All of the gifts we raise through #GivingTuesday will be used in the next six months – and wherever the need is greatest.
Women and men with developmental disabilities who receive our support services will be able benefit from enhanced programming activity such as therapies for art, music and pet, which are some of our most enjoyed activities. Also, including community integration activities such as job exploration and support services, sports outings and cultural experiences which lead us to Transform Life Into Living.
We are willing to do the hard work. We just need the financial support of you and others like you.
