Virtual Supports


The Virtual Supports program was created as an answer to the COVID-19 pandemic.

This shift in service models gave us the opportunity to connect with the people we serve in ways we never have before. 

About 35 classes a week are available. We cover a variety of topics and activities, ranging from Meditation, to Fitness, Science, or Life Skills. Each class provides an opportunity for the people we support to see their friends and build relationships, while also engaging in activities that help with stress management, critical thinking, and communication, among other life skills.
