Our Approach

Star Community started their transformation journey under the guidance of Mike and Kevin in January of 2020. Mike and Kevin took the time to learn about our organization, team dynamics, board composition and the mission. It has been a pleasure working with them to develop the plan and the team has been strengthened throughout this process due to the strategic way in which Mike facilitated the discussions.

Kevin and his team were amazing. Simply amazing. His presentation on organizational transformation helped change the mindset of many leaders and staff at our agency to see how it is possible for any individual that wants a job in the community can be supported in reaching those goals. The transformation that is continuing to occur at Delmarva Community Services, Inc. would not have been possible without the dedication of Kevin and his team. I am privileged to have had the opportunity to work with and be mentored by Kevin and Penn-Mar. Delmarva Community Services, Inc. is a better agency because of the contributions of Penn-Mar’s team.

Their concept to help organizational leaders with establishing thoughtful strategies to channel organizational direction from awareness-action-accountability all in an effort to move organizations to serve the consumer from a ‘life to living.’ Services offered to me have included: scheduled 1:1 discussion on a variety of organizational and professional writings; availability through text for quick turnaround, telephonic for a sounding board & email allowing added thought to this Director faced with ongoing questions or problems; receipt of regular Penn-Mar e-Coaching minute brief and access to Penn-Mar trainings that highlight personal/professional growth.
